Granulation, Steroid time!!!
Well I got some good news and some bad news… The trach is looking good from an infection perspective. Theres some pretty nasty granulation tissue that has accumulated that they will have to zap in the O.R when I am in for my trach change early January ,more news to come on date and time in the near future.. But until then I will be doing my steroid cream for the next 3 days.

Time to officially pretty much PANIC because I went onto our router and checked the bandwidth tracking utility, 274GB used, WHAAAAAAT! So I called up Comcast, they said we used 341 GB since our last bill statement just a little less than half a month ago, I’ll double that WHAAAAAAT! please. 341GB!!! Yeah you heard me Three Hundred Frikken Forty One Gigabytes… Geeeez!!! We might be going business class which is unmetered because we use the internet heavily and that costs more but its unmetered. More to follow with that, oh and its more reliable from what I know! And being that I rely on the internet as my LIFE.

The fact that I will have lower stress as mom is gaining more independence and can reverse back to helping ME with things instead of me crawling around all over the place to do things for her and getting stressed out from things is nice. And also the fact we might be going business class on our cable and going unmetered is really cool too! But I bring you to something WAY cool.

Tom F. (Flagg) From AWI and Rick and all the Staff at AWI are truly remarkable people. AWI is not just a business. AWI is about building a strong community. They renewed all expired citizenships as a gift on December 1st and then December 31st had a big sale on Citizenships. I sent the following E-Mail to Tom F. (Flagg) on December 30th
i called the office today and talked to rick about the one day offer and he said to email you about the fact its a real slap in the face about me just having renewed my cit.
I renewed my citizenship on December 4th I think?
i kind of feel like its a real kick in the teeth that i dont have the ability to buy at the promo rate. i talked to Rick Knoll and he said to email you and see what you could do.
Would it be possible for you to refund half of my citizenship back to my card, you can keep the world and all that as the “fee” for refunding the half of my citizenship and as the “fee” for extending the promotion to me in lack of better words “under the radar”
please tom i beg of you i mean this feels like a real kick in the teeth that less than 1 month after renewing for awhole year you go off on a half off sale. i feel like i SHOULDNT have renewed and that i should have waited till the last minute, but i hate waiting till the last minute because i usually forget and get screwed.

Tom: I can’t do a refund but ill add a year and a half to your citizenship
I logged into Activeworlds 15 minutes later and found my Citizenship to have an expiration date of July 2013 on it! Well past my December 4th 2012 expiration. You guys rock Rick and Tom (Flagg)
