Map of Germany
Apparently my brain’s clock somehow got set to Germany’s time (CEST), the reason is because I was up almost all night Friday – Saturday and slept for 4 hours Yesterday and then finally I was talking to a close friend of mine in Germany at 6:00 PM and she noticed I kept dozing off on Skype in the video chat and she said, hon go to bed before you start seizuring. So I did, I closed the computer, shut off the lights and bam, I fell asleep at 6:00 PM in the afternoon, something that almost never happens. I woke up at 1:30 AM today (8:30 AM in Germany) or 7:30 AM in England. It’d be too early for me to wake up in England, I rarely wake up before 8:00, but 8:30 AM is a rather normal time for me to wake up, so apparently my brain’s clock is set to German time. (CEST)
So with this being said. I want to know how in the hell my brain’s clock suddenly get set to CEST (Germany’s time zone) and how I am going to get it reset to CST (Chicago time)
God I am glad this happened on a weekend and week that I have no doctors appointments. I just hope I can get my brain’s clock set back to Chicago quickly and easily.
So anyways, good morning from Germany haha!
